School Walking Routes

School safety is a major concern for families students, school district staff and our community. The Sumner School District, working with community partners, has established a safe walking area for each school based on the presence of sidewalks, walking paths and safe neighborhood streets, as well as the location of ccrosswalks, crossing guards and the traffic conditions in the surrounding neighborhoods.

These maps designate all routes to school designated as "Walk Route to School."
