More About Us

Visit Daffodil Valley and right away you get a feeling of community. The school is built around four "neighborhoods": Green Neighborhood includes kindergarten and most support services rooms; Red Neighborhood has primary grades; Blue has middle grades; and Yellow has upper grades. Hall tiles resemble traffic stripes on roads, including "Main Street", the hallway that runs the entire length of the school.

Daffodil Valley is one of the few elementary schools in the state with a science lab and a full-time science specialist. All students K-6 learn science by doing exciting experiments and researching scientific topics. We also house other special programs such as our full-time kindergarten class and two classrooms of highly gifted students (PEAK program).
