During May the Sumner School District Board of Directors honors select high school seniors who exemplify this year’s graduating class during a special portion of the meeting. Graduation Tickets
Each graduate who participates in the ceremony can count on five to six free tickets. Our senior class is much larger this year, so fewer tickets per graduate are available. Graduates should speak to their peers to see if they will not be using all of the tickets available to them in order to secure additional tickets if needed.
BHS Graduation Ticket Sales
Each graduate will be able to purchase FOUR more tickets at Five Dollars ($5.00) each. We will make announcements when the sales begin.
Ordering information will be available for the graduation video when the tickets are picked up at the bookkeeper's office.

The “Senior
Prowler” Newsletter
This monthly newsletter is designed to highlight the “need
to know” information for the BLHS senior class. The Prowler
highlights scholarship opportunities, college admissions tips and
tricks, as well as important dates and deadlines specific to the
needs of the class of 2008. The Prowler will be posted in senior
classrooms and available for pickup in the CIC. In addition to the
Prowler, the CIC has information on scholarship opportunities for
grades 9 – 12. See Mrs. Helmold in the CIC for more information.
Scholarship Opportunities
The Guidance Office prepares a detailed list of scholarship opportunities
for Seniors. Please visit the Guidance Office for additional information
or assistance with applications. The Sumner-Bonney Lake Education
Foundation provides community scholarships to students from Sumner
and Bonney Lake high schools.
