Middle Schools Host 5th Grade Parents' Night
Your child's middle school will be hosting a special evening for 5th grade parents during the evening of Tuesday, May 6. This is a wonderful time to visit the building, meet some of the staff members, and increase your understanding of the academic and social opportunities available. Fifth grade students will visit their middle school during school day the week of May 5. At that time, they will meet some of the staff members and receive their registration materials. You will receive a letter from your middle school with all of the exciting details.

Bonney Lake Elementary Carnival

Come and join us for this exciting annual event! PTO and the wonderful families of Bonney Lake Elementary put on the carnival. It is a way of thanking everyone for all the hard work throughout the school year and is a great opportunity to celebrate at this fun family event! Look for more information to come home with your child. If you would like to volunteer to help, we have a sign-up sheet in the office.

2nd Annual Art Walk
June 4, 2008
6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
Please join us for this exciting event and view art created by your children under the guidance of our Art Docent, Susan Jumelet. The students have worked hard and the artwork they have produced is incredible! Please come and celebrate the hard work of your children. You will be impressed!

Teacher Appreciation Week
May 5 - 9 is teacher appreciation week. During this week we celebrate and say thank you to all of our teachers. What a great opportunity to write, with your child, a thank you note to a favorite teacher or any of our other staff who have helped your child along the way (such as Mrs. Turk, Mrs. Templeton, Ms. Christin, Ms. Pallister, Mrs. Pennala, Mrs. Holtgraves, Mr. Shaw, Mrs Selle, Ms. Garlick, or Mrs. Jackson). Have fun!
