Remember to vote! February 9, 2010
Kindergarten Registration Week: March 1 - 5, 2010
All children enrolling for kindergarten for the 2010-11 school year must be five years old by August 31, 2010. When registering a child for school, families should bring:
- Proof of child’s birth date (birth or hospital certificate, passport);
- Immunization information and child’s health history; and
- Names and phone numbers of parents, physician, and an emergency contact.
Red Kindergarten students attend school all day on Mondays, Tuesdays and alternating Wednesdays
Blue Kindergarten students attend school all day on Thursdays, Fridays and alternating Wednesdays

Dear Viking Families:
We are looking forward to great things ahead in the year 2010 at Bonney Lake Elementary. The beginning of a new year often prompts individuals to pause for reflection and goal setting. Goal setting and reflection at BLE is an ongoing and integral part of the work we do throughout the school year. Wednesday 90-minute late starts have proven to be a valuable and productive gift of time allowing us to work collaboratively identifying learning targets, creating common grade level assessments, identify/tracking student skill levels, setting goals for improvement and designing intervention/enrichment opportunities for students. We are very encouraged with the work being accomplished and the results we are seeing as we work to increase student achievement in our school.
