Accessing Elementary Report Cards Online

Family Access: Attendance, Lunch Accounts and more!
To make it easier for families to be involved in their child's education, we provide a Web-based tool to view student information anytime by using Family Access! Families can view class schedules, grades, attendance, fines, fees, lunch account balances and other student information. Elementary grades are not currently part of this system, although there is an online report card system for students in grades K-5.

Our student information system, known as Family Access, is is linked from every school Web page. To use this software you need to have a user login and password available from your school. The login and password assigned to you will work for all the children in your household, regardless of grade level or school of attendance.

1. Log in using your Family Access user name and password. If you do not know this, please contact your child’s school.

2. Your child’s report card will appear. Click on the tabs to see the different pages of the report card.

3. If you have more than one child in an elementary school, simply click Next Student.

Click on the drop down arrow to see multiple children.

4. To print your child’s report card:

• Click the Print Tab
• Select the period to print and what you want in your report
• Click the Print icon on the screen. (This will load a PDF file. )

5. After viewing the report card, just close out of the window.

6. To change your online report card password, go to the login page at https://analytics.nwrdc.wa-k12.net/sumner/AdHoc/scripts/authenticate.asp

• Enter your User Name

• Click Change User Info
• Change your password and Update User Info

Accessing Elementary Report Cards Directions

To view these files, you will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader that now comes with many web browsers. If you do not have Acrobat Reader, you can download it for free from the Adobe web site. Go to the Acrobat download page.
