Community, schools grow together
New Cascadia residents will have an elementary school nearby shortly after moving into the state’s largest planned development.
Cascadia has sold 14 acres of utility-served land to the Sumner School District for an elementary school. It will be the district’s ninth elementary school and the first of possibly seven schools, including a middle and high school, in the massive East Pierce County development.
