District Battle of the Books
What Is The Battle of the Books?
Battle of the Books is a voluntary reading incentive program for students.
The purpose is simply to encourage students to read good books and have
fun while competing with peers.
What Is The "Battle?"
A typical "Battle" is a game, like the College Bowl, in which
students' teams earn points by answering questions about the books on
the book list. School teams compete and then advance to the District competition.
District Final is scheduled for Monday May 3 at Victor Falls Elementary at Elementary #9 at 6:30 pm.
